Minneapolis and environs use paper ballots which are marked by hand and counted by hand.
That’s encouraging. Wish the entire country used paper ballots and all digital voting was thrown out.
Wonder if it’s an open state and a lot of Rubio’s votes are democrats. Or the people in that state are just plain stupid.
