You sure? There might be still be some other runner up available. I’d hate to see you make such a big commitment.

I heard one analyst this morning who actually said that Trump was the big loser last night.

My conscience has told me that the establishment of both parties is what is truly destroying this great nation. Trump has lots of warts but he is the only path that I see to break the strangle hold that the establishment has on all of us.

I’ve stated it many times but it’s worth repeating that there is ZERO chance that a career politician will provide a solution to the mess that we are in. They are all playing for the same team (which is why Cruz is now starting to make comments about Rubio being better than Trump, etc). I firmly believe that only a true outsider can/will blow up the entire gravy train that DC has become for EVERYONE that resides there. Once it’s blown up, we can talk about cleaning up the destruction and forging a path forward.

The GOP Delegate count so far: Trump 316, Cruz 226, Rubio 106.

316 to 226 is a strong lead, but it's hardly decisive or insurmountable at this point. The good news is that most of the anti-Trump votes have been going to Cruz rather than to Rubio, which means that the GOP establishment hopes of all Trump opposition pooling around their Golden Boy have been dashed.

He used a bad bad word. One he took former Mexican Presidente Jorge Fox to task for using the other day.

The Best the GOPe can do is give in and get along.... I think the smart ones understand this, the polls have moved in Trumps favor over the last 6 months they can’t fight that even with all the negativity of Marco and Ted it is over... Smart to start unifying.... bring us all together... destroy Hillary and the fractured Rat party once and for all... have Trump put out her Goldman Sachs transcripts and watch the left eat each other.

I praise God for that and I'm glad we're in this together.

If Trump wins the nomination, there will be no point in bashing your hopes and I promise I won't do it. In fact, I'll pray for Trump either way.

But it's far from over.

Oh, they will still throw more at him. When they do, we need to answer their tweets, their comments in national news sites, with comments showing how ridiculous they are. If they say he has Mein Kampf beside his bed, say that he also has Karl Marx and Dr. Doolittle there. Make it ridiculous. If they say he’s supported by the Klan, say that he is number one in North Korea or Islamabad. Keep making their crap thrown at the fan LOOK LIKE crap thrown at the fan.

And it will all but guarantee he loses in the general election.

Only if sore losers, choose Hillary by staying home.

This “unity” stuff is unsettling. Every time you hear the Right OR the Left talk about “unity” it ALWAYS means the Right HAS to move over to the Left.

NO!!! Mr. Trump and the Right, hold your ground and fight for America, the American People, and freedom, unity with the Left or not. Force the Left to CHANGE or DIE.

The way to bring in others is not by compromising on limited government and freedom but by CLEARLY COMMUNICATING THE MESSAGE of the advantage and desirability of LESS government and MORE freedom from government the way Reagan did.

Reagan’s uncompromising MESSAGE resonated across party lines. Once he was in there, Reagan was a master negotiator holding fast to the 70% he would not budge on, letting the 30% go, but after the 70% worked so well, he’d also get the 30%. THAT is masterful negotiating and forced the Left to move to the right, not visa versa. The results were strength at home - unprecedented 25 years of economic growth and prosperity - and strength abroad - the collapse of the USSR, our greatest enemy at the time.

Reagan’s message never softened up on the Left, it intensified. He put high-beam spotlights on exactly what the Left represented and who they really were. The result was the Left actual began avoiding the term “liberal” because Reagan had shown Americans that “liberal” (Leftism) was actually a dirty word. BUT behind the scenes he was not antagonistic and would negotiate with them.

Mr. Trump, are you listening?

I am surprised they didn’t get McCain to throw his kitchen sink at Trump....

McCain has his own problems in his own race and would do well to remain invisible except to occasionally remind voters he was tortured (which is pretty much his only real commendation).

Some words of wisdom for you to consider this morning:

“If Trump eventually turns out to be our nominee, my position could then very well be: all those who would rather let Hillary take the presidency should probably post elsewhere. Not silencing them, but they can post their diatribes on some other forum. RedState would probably be happy to take them on.

I am getting pretty sick of the same couple dozen people continuously posting their anti-Trump bilgewater 24/7 every damned day and stirring up endless flamewars.

This will end. That I promise you.

If Trump Killed somebody, I would keep in mind that there are some folks who need killing, and I’d have to know more about the deceased.

“If it was a two man race, or even a three person race, everything would change.”

Agreed. But with a couple more events like the David Duke thing, the polls could turn against him anyway.
