THE USA IS ONE OF THE MOST CORRUPT COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD. THEY ALLOW A CRIMINAL TO RUN FOR THEIR HIGHEST OFFICE. THEY NEED TO STOP PRETENDING THAT IT’S A FREE COUNTRY WHERE THE LAWS ARE EQUALLY APPLIED. THE LAWS ARE NOT EQUALLY APPLIED. IN THIS COUNTRY YOU ONLY GET JUSTICE IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT. OTHERWISE YOU GET INDICTED AND ROT IN PRISON. IF YOU ARE WEALTHY AND GO TO PRISON THEN YOU GET AN ALL EXPENSES PAID TRIP TO CLUB FED.

MAYBE THAT’S WHAT OBAMA WANTS TO DO WITH GUANTANAMO. CONVERT IT TO A WHITE COLLAR FEDERAL PRISON. SWIMMING POOL, JACUZZI, TENNIS COURTS AND YOU CAN EVEN GET CALL GIRLS TO COME TO YOUR CELL. THE COST OF ALL THE SERVICES WOULD BE MUCH CHEAPER IN CUBA.

JUST CALL DC FOR IT’S REAL NAME, THE DISTRICT OF CORRUPTION.

Once immunity is offered he can’t take the 5th.

Justice offers immunity, Clinton’s offer eternity, Barry offers pen & phone. Kabuki theater presents kangaroo court.

"What happens if they simply refuse to talk?"

The lawyers negotiate the deal before they make the offer of immunity. They already know what kind of information and testimony they are getting. It should be amazing stuff, or they wouldn't have made the offer.

(This is the Clintons and Obama so who really knows. But it should be good!)

First and foremost is that he should be sequestered in a safe and secure location. Definitely no strolls in Ft. Marcy Park...

What’s very curious is that Lynch was interviewed by Bret Baier Tuesday on his show. He asked her multiple times about the Clinton investigation..she spent 10 minutes shuckin’ and jivin’...wouldn’t say anything..not even which division of DoJ was doing the investigation. Now this drops..obviously she had to know it yesterday..

Don’t go jogging in Ft. Marcy Park
After dark or end of day
Just stay away.

Don’t get into a Cessna with a man sitting behind you.
He’ll crack a bullet in your head
Bail out so they find you alone and dead.

Don’t take the closing shift at Starbucks
Don’t get herded in the bathroom without running for the door
...or your parents won’t see you alive no more

The FBI has him dead to rights, which is why he took immunity from prosecution. In exchange for immunity, he has to cooperate. Otherwise the immunity will be revoked.

Concur..The only question I would ask is why it took them so long...the guy is a little fish....they could/should have made this deal months ago..

Yes. And if the FBI was under the impression no laws were broken why would they feel the need to pursue an immunity deal with this person? I think things are much more serious at the FBI than even Republicans realize.

Former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova is confident Department of Justice prosecutors have convened a grand jury in the Hillary Clinton email case, based on comments from Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Invoked the 5th earlier, now cooperating...? I smell a rat. Was the time spent crafting how Hillary can hide behind some sort of plausible deniability?

Law Firm Representing Hillary’s IT Guy Has Donated Heavily To Her Campaign

CHUCK ROSS
09/05/2015

(snip)

The arrangement between Pagliano and Mark MacDougall of Akin Gump raises questions over whether the former Clinton aide merely sought to hire the best lawyer he could find for himself, or whether the Democratic presidential hopeful intervened in any way.

(snip)

Ties to Akin Gump

Clinton’s campaign treasurer is Jose Villarreal, a senior consultant at Akin Gump. One of the firm’s highest profile attorneys is Vernon Jordan, Jr., a longtime Clinton insider who was on Bill Clinton’s 1992 presidential transition committee. The former first couple, along with President Obama and Michelle Obama, recently attended Jordan’s 80th birthday, which was held at Martha’s Vineyard.

Clinton’s financial ties to Akin Gump also run deep. Federal Election Commission (FEC) records show that five Akin Gump attorneys have bundled $129,850 for Clinton’s campaign through June 30.

FEC records also show that individual Akin Gump attorneys and advisers, including Villarreal and Jordan, contributed $120,096 to her campaign. It is unclear how much of the individual contributions are captured in the amount bundled by Akin Gump lawyers.

>>a body of legal thought that she can pardon herself.<<

Interesting. I’ve not thought of this angle. I’ll have to go research this one. Very interesting.

I do believe she will receive a pardon or clemency if convicted in the end.
