You know that smart people gravitate towards both parties. Republicans get their share.
When "stupid" occurs AGAIN AND AGAIN, but smart people are in the party, you start to realize: It's not stupidity.

The stupid/incompetent excuse won’t work. The D.C. GOP wants Hillary over Trump, not for the good of the country but to safeguard the perks and privilege they enjoy, win or lose.
