I believe you are correct. If we are going to educate these whiz's, why not keep them?
Heck, all we'd really have to do is come up with real(!) enforcement of pay scales for H1b's, maybe even require they be paid 120% of what citizens would get, combined with a few high profile high penalty prosecutions of employer violators, and we would not need any limits on them at all, but would still get the benefits of hiring the really smart ones.

He got served papers today to show up in court and prove he’s an American citizen. The mods could have brought that up but they didn’t. I don’t think he’s eligible.
Gov. Paul LePage of Maine, a Trump supporter, said he was working in the lumber business in Canada in the 70s when both his daughters were born and they both had to be naturalized. He said Cruz is definitely not eligible and is hiding his papers. Cruz even mentioned a few years ago he could never run for president because he was not born in the states. He’s just a sneaky ass lawyer trying to pull a fast one on the American public. Exactly like the fraud we now have in the White House. Cruz’s records would not be sealed if he was not hiding something.

The Cruz, Rubio and Kasich campaigns aren't as dumb as they might appear, knowing full well the only strategy is to lob bombs and hope they can keep Trump under 1237. That's why tonight was Cruz, Rubio and Kasich Vs. Trump.
Problem with a brokered convention, none of these guys will gain the nomination (enter Mitt Romney).
Likely, it isn't going to matter. I don't see a way Trump will lose most of the delegate rich states.

Yeah that was another thing Cruz said a couple of times that was so unlikeable. Like I said he made some good points but kept ruining the effect.
Missouri would be a good win for Cruz on March 15.
Trump should win NC and FL that day. OH will be interesting. But your analysis is pretty spot on. Cruz will run well in the Mountain West, but would you rather have Idaho and Utah or New York and New Jersey? Not even close.
