No different than Trump talking about “so-called Conservatives” by calling himself a “common sense Conservative”, basically saying the rest of us who don’t like him are stupid.
Some of us are so very “blindy” following that we do not automatically accept every thing that is said about Trump and, instead, actually investigate the accusations, most of which turn out to be not quite true.
