“Anyone that thinks the son of a Cuban, born in Canada is a natural born citizen of the USA as the founders understood natural born citizen is not expert on our Constitution.”

Anyone who thinks the son of a US citizen born abroad isn’t a natural born citizen is not an expert on our constitution.

A son of two U.S. citizens board abroad is natural born. Ted Cruz' father was not a citizen when he was born. This is the issue that has not been resolved, that Mark Levin doesn't acknowledge, and that cannot be glossed over. People have talked about the King of Jordan. His wife is an American citizen, therefore, under your current logic, his children are eligible to run for President of the United States, while also being Jordanian royalty that is certainly loyal to Jordan. Sure, in the case of Ted Cruz, we all know his father isn't loyal to Cuba (at least not while being run by the Castros), but the rules need to be applied equally. The whole point of the natural born clause, and the reason the clause is there, is so there is never any question as to a U.S. President's loyalty to another nation.

I guess you, like Cruz, are one of those that believes our constitution is a living document that means whatever you want it to mean. If you are an original intent person such as myself, there is no way in hell Cruz is a NBC as NBC was understood by the founders. I provided a link to the statute that naturalized Cruz. If a legislation makes you a citizen you are a naturalized citizen. No legislation make a person born here to 2 citizen parents a citizen. They just are. That is the definition of an NBC.

How can you say that someone the founders would not even have considered a citizen is a NBC? The idea is ludicrous.
