Here is the Better Business Bureau report, with an 'A' grade for Trump University.

Trump University has an A rating from BBB because it has CEASED OPERATIONS since 2010. Thats why there have been no complaints the last three years.

The rating is based on complaints received.

As far as I know, being accredited does not affect the rating at all, although some potential investors/buyers will look for BBB accreditation as a sign of an upstanding business.
