I can’t stand Oreilly and even that is an understatement!

But, this subject is something I know a lot about and my instinctive reaction is “to hell with Bill Oreilly AND his X!!!!”

There is a tragedy here and it’s these two teen aged children created by two selfish self possessed people,

What is the optimal age for a first marriage?

It varies. Of course you have to find the right girl, which is a complicating factor. The main problem with a man marrying older is he gets used to not having to think about the other person, you risk living lives in parallel. Also, if the woman is of childbearing years, you have to consider your age when the children are growing up.

As a rule of thumb, I'd say under 40 if you are marrying a girl considerably younger than you (10+ years).

In O'Reilly's case, he is a bit of an ol' cuss, and was one even when younger. He might have been served well (and been a better husband) if he maried when he was a bit younger.

Well, that was a hint to BOR last night that he better worship at Trump’s feet or else Trump might out him on air on his own show.... that’s how Trump controls people and the media. They are terrified of him...

To a large degree, they have it coming. Everything needs a counterbalance, and the media by and large has none.

The top quotes on marriage and parenting from Bill O’Reilly’s books

By Erik Wemple May 22, 2015

There’s a conflict emerging between Bill O’Reilly’s core beliefs about responsible parenthood and the picture that emerged from a Gawker report about a battle with his ex-wife over custody of his two children. According to transcripts obtained by the website, a forensic examiner in the case testified that O’Reilly had said that he occasionally went “ballistic” around the house, a situation that he might seek to defuse by “hitting a tree or yelling and moaning.” Also according to this examiner, O’Reilly’s daughter alleged that he once grabbed her mother, Maureen McPhilmy, by the neck and “dragged” her down some stairs; that O’Reilly told her that her mother was an “adulterer”; and that O’Reilly was an absentee father. (O’Reilly has issued a denial of the allegations through his lawyer).

If indeed O’Reilly hasn’t been a constant presence in his kids’ life, perhaps it was because he’s been too busy lecturing the world on how to be a parent and spouse. Here is a best-of compilation of some of O’Reilly’s written musings on these topics from his massive authorial oeuvre.

From “The O’Reilly Factor: The Good, the Bad, and the Completely Ridiculous in American Life”:

“O’Reilly’s 17-year-old daughter claimed she had witnessed O’Reilly “choking her mom” and that he had “dragged her down some stairs”. “

CAUTION: You are entering the no choke zone!

Lol, so Trump was dropping a little inside joke on him? Nice.

Bill O'Reilly is beginning to look like someone took a dump on a turd. Given donald's position in New York and Florida, I'm sure he's heard the goods on all of these press retards.

If he got married at 47 and is now 66, he got married 19 years ago. He was married for 15 years—the article doesn’t say how long ago he got divorced.

Billy was auditioning for Meg’s job last night.

He was first to interview after the debate, and he led up to the debate. Was that a first for him? Personally, I was not impressed.

And just as a counterpoint, isn’t it lovely to see Donald Trump with his children, well raised and showing a wonderful relationship with their father and no doubt their mother.

Bill O’Reilly should lose his job at FOX just for being Bill O’Reilly.

Oh I don’t disagree...

BOR deserves what he gets.

Media has too much power and control, that’s for sure.

True, but I think this decision came from the kid’s hearts.

It’s pretty easy to see that O’Reilly is pretty much not good at personal relations.

Yeah that reveals a lot about a parent if your teenage kids don't want anything to do with you.

Makes sense if he treats them the way he does everyone else...with condescending self-righteous contempt and denigration.

I was wondering when I first saw the article on the www if it was going to be posted here at FR.

Does anyone think with his massive narcissistic ego that he would have time to spend with mere children? You know, the kind of people who would be considered to actually be his peers?
