I truly hope I am wrong, too.
Our history is full of unfortunate assassinations, however, and I have lived through a lot of them. I am an idealist who has been smacked upside the head by the reality of evil power-schemers, and have lost faith in our institutions.
So many in our world crave power/money/control more than truth/honor/justice, and do not hesitate to do anything to achieve their ends.
I am sad, of course, but there isn’t much any of us can do about it.
Double standard. Can you imagine Mitt Romney & Co speaking like this about Barack Obama or Hilary Clinton.
It’s very irresponsible as well.
