As a matter of reality, if Syrian refugees aren't going to remain in there, then they will be coming to Europe and the U.S. You can make up other alternatives, but those options have no chance of happening.

Well fist, the US should not be toppling sovereign nations in so called ‘Arab springs’ to run pipelines to Europe thru them. Secondly, and corollary to the first, RESPECT the borders of others, and let the ISIS loving Turks and Saudis deal with the problem they instigated by closing European and US borders to them.
