Are you an ethnic Turk, by any chance? You seem to be taking very pro-Turk position. Or perhaps you don’t have the best understanding of the situations in the mid-East.
He has a mental block about taking in muslims. No one has said take them it, let them starve and die off, I couldn`t give two craps and a stroke less about them!
Maybe it`s a Freudian slip or something.
It's funny, because 10 years ago, I got the opposite criticism, because I said the U.S. should not be catering to the Turks every whim, such as how we denied the Armenian holocaust ever happened. and some Freepers said, 'oh we have to do what the Turks tell us because we need their airspace.'
I am no fan of Turkey, but right now Iran is a bigger threat to us. I don't understand why so many here want us to do Iran's bidding, when it isn't in our interest.
