This is such a nothing. Most don’t know that it was a seminar series . It was $1500-— Not $30,000. It taught techniques and theories on real estate investing including financing and flip strategy . Many got rich after they finished the lectures and power points. It was a complete nothing as an issue. The “suit” is a to extort funds during a political campaign. they sued the wrong guy to extort anything. THe judge should have granted summary judgment because they all signed glowing departure questionnaires. This it literally “TRUMPED UP” BS. It is pathetic that this is the establishments line of attack. It means they have nothing else.! Nobody but an anti Trump gives this any time.
I thus stand corrected. It was a used $5.00 book on house-flipping for $1500.00, not $30,000.00. I’d still charge the idiots who paid it and weren’t satisfied $1500.00 more (payable to Trump) for being such idiots and pissing away $1500.00.
The fraudulent business practices investigations pre-date the campaign by years. Did they do all that just to prepare for this moment?
I saw somewhere that these two lawyers are scam artists and went to prison. No longer can even practice law. Their scam was to sue, never wanting a trial only to settle out of court. They made millions. Some of what they did was illegal, hence prison. Go after deep pockets, threaten them with a huge lawsuit, then settle. Sounds like Jesse Jackson M.O. I think this Trump U suit was their last one before losing their law license. No wonder Trump wouldn’t settle.
I don’t remember their names but you can google this suit and find it I think. My best memory of this, I could have some of it wrong, but that was the jist of it I think.

So What About ‘Trump University’

It’s amusing to watch people latch onto something that they think is full of red meat and beat their heads against the wall pontificating on it, when there’s just no “there” there.
