After reading your post, it struck me that we are trying to put bandaids on these various problems. The REAL problem is, we have citizens who are DISHONEST, GREEDY, and NOT PATRIOTIC!
Love of God and Country needs to be instilled and nurtured again, so these traitorous ideas never gain foothold.
