Ohio Ping
Early voting started on Feb 17 in Ohio. The primary is March 15, winner take all.
Either impressive, or a harbinger of doom for the GOP.
All depends on your perspective.
‘I want to switch to the Trump party,”
Can we change the name to that!??
Grand Ole Trump Party.
Sounds like Reagan democrats giving us another shot. They left after bush 1 raised taxes after promising not to. This is great to see Reagan being important in this election again.
I haven’t seen any recent Ohio Polls. Are there any?
Go you Buckeye fans!!! Love from Michigan. Kasich is a Soros puppet with dangerous foreign policy.
Ohio is in the rust belt, so the trade issues are a factor.
And the EPA rules for coal and energy will affect Ohio.
SCOTUS has upheld the EPA rules

I’m an Ohioan, and I can walk in and pick up a democrat ballot if I want to.
I’ve also heard no encouragement for democrats to cross over and pick the easier candidate for them to run against.
The issue in Ohio is that Kasich truly does control this state. It’s his republican secretary of state who runs the campaigns, his attorney general who decides the law, his supreme court, his house, and his senate.
All are republican, and all are obligated in some fashion to him.
When he said, “I WILL win Ohio.” a chill was in the air.
There are more ways than one to win an election.
When I was working in my industry, I had the privilege to with a number of Ohio manufacturing companies around the state. There is a stellar workforce in each of them, both union and non-union. The made in the U.S.A. pride is there as it should be. I am not surprised that the message is resonating with them.
“Chief Justice Rejects plea to block EPA Rule”. That is the same Chief Justice that was Championed by Ted Cruz.
Reagan democrats. Good for them
I’m getting that vibe in Michigan too.
Hillary isn’t some beloved figure, and Bernie is very appealing to the leftists where I live, so that may be tighter than it seems.
Trump will do extremely well in almost all of the state because of blue collar cross-overs. The UP is pseudo Minnesota, so they will be too busy voting Bernie. The rest are secular and right-leaning.
Honestly the only person with any presence, and I use that loosely, is Kasich.
It’s pretty quiet here for the most part. Trump pretty much has dominated the scene.
It's only a surprise if your life centers around drinking Johnnie Walker at the country club bar. (That was the drink of choice when I was working my way through college)
Indeed
Also the same one who sold the country out on Obamacare
I havent seen any recent Ohio Polls. Are there any?
****
Here’s one poll but the latest is from late Feb. We are just starting to see ads on tv and robo calls.
Reagan would approve, these people want the shining city on a hill again.
It's just a clever Ted Cruz style poison pill to make the democrats look bad.
GOPe: “That’s not the big tent we wanted!”
So, in Ohio, if they vote R in the primary, can they go back and vote D in the general?
