Mr. Sowell was just laying how the GOPE were trying to stop Trump and explaining that they can't encourage Rubio and Kasich to drop out and maybe increase Cruz's votes because they don't want Cruz anymore than Trump.
I sort of thought it was anti-Trump and pro-Cruz
Did I get that wrong?
I mean not blatantly or stupidly, after all this IS Thomas Sowell...
