President Obama is making life worse, not better, along Arizona’s border with Mexico, Pinal County, Az., Sheriff Paul Babeu said Tuesday.
“He has manipulated the data, had agents assigned to low traffic areas and attempted to quiet dissent by calling those who question his approach as misinformed without offering any evidence to support these allegations,” Babeu said.
A tweet from the Sheriff’s Office was to the point:
National Border Patrol Labor Council President Brandon Judd joined Babeu Tuesday.
“We are either going to be a specialized law enforcement agency dedicated to enforcing our nation’s immigration laws or a political arm of the administration,” Judd said.
“The president is bypassing Congress by legislating through policy. These policies in essence are granting amnesty to thousands, if not millions, of persons who enter the country illegally,” he said.

Oh, if only he were that much better than he is. “Worthless” would be a huge improvement.
“I’m sorry officer. I don’t answer questions with my lawyer present.”
And, NO!, no one has “constitutional authority” to conduct searches that over-reach the 4th Amendment protections. That statement is cognitive dissonance.
You are required to stop and present yourself to an officer of the executive branch. You don’t have to say a thing after the officer tells you why you were stopped. I recommend:
Thank you officer. Am I free to travel on my way?”

As the law.justia article states, the extra-border stops can occur but there is no authority that allows them to harass a citizen without probable cause.

Well maybe, but I would hope you would propose serious punishment/retribution for traitorous conduct before the enemy.

Why has the GOPe done nothing? Both parties have gone over to the side of the globalists, who want one-world government under the United Nations. That means loss of our sovereignty, borders, guns, etc. Both sides are hating Trump for upsetting their applecarts.
