This is a straw poll conducted by the sole U.S. congressman from North Dakota since they do not have a caucus or state primary. It appears the request went from the congressman to those on his campaign site. I do not know that for sure. One has to read the article for more information.

Looks credible.
If it was a primary, Trump would win.

North Dakota has a caucus on April 1st. But the delegates are unbound.

According to the congressman's letter, he "organized the straw poll after party officials determined there wasn't enough time to organize a caucus as has been the tradition in recent election years".

If Ted won this his supporters would be telling us that it was proof that he was surging and that ND was representative of the country at large. And straw polls were the same thing as a primary../s

Why, yes indeed, there is a North Dakota. Right above South Dakota. Someone slept through 3rd grade.

It’s a suburb of Saskatchewan and Manitoba, right?
Easy to see how Cruz would be popular.

Uh....Yeah.
It’s called a joke.

Oh this is going to make the cruzerrs yell even more about Cruz’s momentum and that trump is losing. I still have to laugh about Saturday’s momentum and 12 hours later gets 3rd in PR and then finished Tuesday at best barely. Shortest momentum period in history. And yet with next Tuesday a sure disaster for Cruz they still say he’s doing great. I have never witnessed a bigger delusion of grandure ever.
