Mature adult what? Rocks? Robots? Zombies?
Your statement is uninformed gibberish.

I go with zombies.

I have never been in a zombie costume. It might be interesting.

Rocks. Boring.

I did go as grapes one time. The balloons kept popping. Don’t ask.

Not that I am disputing you, because I don’t know one way or the other, but where did you get this information?

Thank you for your question. If you do an Internet search using the terms ‘Ted Cruz alcoholism’ you will find more links than you will know what to do with... many from sources you will probably trust. My first impression even before this race got nasty was that Ted looked like an alcoholic. I didn't bother looking up his history right away because I assumed that it would be well hidden, but its not... there are stories from his acquaintances and from many credible sources.

“They are way past hope...Trumps become Messianic to save the USA in many of their eyes. You’re right saying he’s a liberal...and the fact is he’s telling people he is and will be if elected....unfortunately his listeners have itchy ears, just as Obama supporters did....this is a carbon copy of the Obama cult of personality and has all the same markings.”

Agree. Unfortunately, it is unlikely Cruz will be the nominee for Republicans. And, Trump is a liberal. Dems have Hillary and will be thrilled to see Trump on the other side of the aisle most likely against her in the general elections (should it come to that). In that scenario, who will win? At this point, who knows for sure..

You’re right, Trump, in a sense, is “a messianic figure” (for some voters). He is a populist (I said this many months ago), and plays that card quite well; playing with peoples’ sentiments, not so much their head/mind. Trump, as a populist, is like Ahmadinejad was for certain groups in Iran, and Putin is for Russia. Trump plays the “strong-man” and a “saviour” of America. Whereas Obama played the “hope and change” softer card in 2007-8. Different times, different slogan and voter perception.

Mind you, vis a vis Hills the Bills, Trump is playing hardball (slogan), and Hills is now playing softball (slogan) during her campaign. Essentially they are one and the same.

Trump will fall in line with DC establishment IF elected POTUS (the Art of the Deal, as someone put it in another thread). No real difference between Hillary and Trump.

But who is the alternative now, realistically?

Good luck!

seems to me that candidate Cruz has managed to inelegantly insult the millions of Trump supporters and would be Trump supporters with his arrogant and wrong-headed diagnosis! "Not that engaged." LOL. Look at the attendance at Trump's Rallies! That's engagement!!!

Haters gotta hate. He's turning toxic lately; seething.

Loser.

At least Trump folks are engaged in beating up vocal protesters and threatening to kill them.

At least Trump folks are engaged in beating up vocal protesters and threatening to kill them.

Perhaps as many as 10 million in total have attended his nearly daily rallies since last June. In any population that large, there will be a few nutcases who act stupidly. It could have happened to any of the candidates if they were the frontrunner. It also happens towards Trump supporters:

Cruz is wrong period...Trump voters have all the information they need & they are extremely engaged.
Then tell me why they invest so much time and energy supporting a man who is and has been the recipient of Washington DC Government corruption. The very thing they are so MAD about!

In fact, Trump has been supporting financially these same corrupt DC politicians. And trumpies say “it’s just business?” I know they do because I have read it here.

Spoken like a true Cruzbot.

So, he “allegedly” said the same thing that Trump said about Iowa voters? And the trumpeters are all pissy about it, now? Ok, got it. Hypocrisy much, guys?

When Trump calls for a riot, you'll have a point. Till then you're just a shill.

I’ve come back to your post because I’ve been observing and thinking about the events recently happening at Trumps rallies and will more than likely continue......only Trump can turn this that’s unleashed around and I don’t think he wants to.

I continue to be stunned that Cruz has been so severely attacked by those who supported him greatly to begin with....but then this Presidency means more than jobs and the material and political hopes conservatives now seem to have rallied to. The future, as it’s written, is also playing out in our country.......and one of these two men will secure or destroy this nations spirit.....and usher us into the future on whatever foundation they stand on.

IMO I believe the overall public has fallen so far from God that they cannot identify the answer he’s given which we long prayed for....and quite likely they will get far less then the best God would have for this nation because of that.

Our very political system is being destroyed before our eyes and by those who have sought such.....this that’s now being unleashed, (and yes in part responsibility is in Trumps lap.....), and I do not see anything to replace it on the horizon....Trump nor any other politician speaks of it. Though I have known for many months Cruz has had his people already lined up for a go if he were elected. I do not have remotely that assurance from Trump should he win.

So I’ve been pretty much staying out of the political fray of late.....and am happier and more content doing so. Cruz has had some great wins which the media briefly mentions but EVERYTHING circles back and immediately to Trump. The media is once again selecting our President and the fickle public is buying it hook, line, and sinker.

This is going to get a lot “hotter” as the Trump supporters cling to their hero. They may get what ‘they’ want....I’m unconvinced entirely it’s what God would have for us otherwise.
