My last ex wife worked for a major semi truck manufacturer and the corporate attorney’s primary job was reviewing the use of their copyrighted products and how they were going to be presented in TV, Movies, and other forums and merchandise.
I don’t know how Carl’s Jr. allowed themselves to be used in that movie (Idiocracy).
