Appearing on Kennedy tonight for the first time since suspending his campaign for president, former GOP presidential candidate Sen. Rand Paul refused to endorse any of the remaining candidates for presidency. Paul said that he planned on "stay(ing) out of the race" for the time being and would endorse the eventual party nominee.
When pressed on the issue, Paul declined to endorse anyone outside of the Republican party either, saying that he had "said his piece."
Paul is one of few former 2016 candidates who has not yet endorsed a candidate. Earlier on Tuesday, Carly Fiorina endorsed Texas Sen. Ted Cruz.
Rand started out looking good but proved to be too much like his daddy on defense of USA and our allies. Unacceptable to put our country’s future in such weak hands. Respecting your parents is wonderful and righteous. Aping them is, however, both unnecessary and undesirable. Better to grow up and reach for better
Doesn’t he have a sister name Ru Paul?
I Forgot he even ran.
How much do endorsements from candidates that didn’t even break single digits really matter? Graham, Fiorina, Rubio....
He may well be keeping his powder dry to argue for what he believes in. Certainly, having withdrawn, he deserves the benefit of the doubt. Why the gratuitous insult?
He’ll have to wait a looooooong time.
The other candidates are relieved.
Bingo!
No silly, LOL, his sister’s names are Lori and Joy, not Ru
At least someone got the joke!
He probably has dreams of being the pick at a brokered Convention. Those are delusions Ron, not dreams.
