Arizona stays on standard time year round. But the Navajo Indian Reservation part of the state goes on daylight time.
I think Hawaii also stays on standard time ?
I think some parts of Indiana stay on standard time? The state is split between the Eastern and Central time zones to start with.
“Arizona stays on standard time year round”
Good! I read that too.
On Monday I’m going to demand my hour back!
Yes they shorten my weekend every spring for no really good reason.
Thank you, but I could NEVER FORGET!
I have been waiting for this ever since the clocks changed!
I LIVE FOR DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME!!!
In fact, I’m SPRINGING FORWARD ONE DAY IN ADVANCE!
I’ll give you one of mine!
I’m SPRINGING FORWARD ONE DAY IN ADVANCE!
Seriously!
That’s how I feel. As I get older I have less patience for this nonsense.
I don’t know how they can call standard time standard when it’s only 4 months of the year.
Exactly!
I’m lost. Which way is the exit? “:^)
A royal pain twice a year resetting clocks for no real advantage since it has been shown no appreciable energy savings come from the change. The only clocks that change themselves are the ones on computers or cell phones and my Casio wave ceptor wristwatch. Everything else needs to be reset manually.
Woo-Hoo! Springtime in the Mountains! Like natures clockwork, soon to come to visit will be ‘Da Bears and a bit later, the Rattlin’ Wigglers!
Just in time for my Bi-Annual “I hate daylight savings time” Post.
Wait until the fall, when they give you your hour back. Demand an extra 3 minutes in "time interest" for their use of that hour.
When I worked midnights the Fall Back was painful
You and me both!
I find it to be a stress reliever when daylight is on the other end of the day. Getting dark at 5pm is so tiring. Now I can go fishing and not freeze my tail of.
So now my grandson will have to get up for school at 4:30. Isn't that special.
This is government for you.
Kinda reminds one of the climate fiasco and all their brilliant plans to solve something that has no solution.
Interesting that both "problems" are actually regulated by God.
It’s like your tax refund. They get it for months on end, and then pay no interest.
I demand my seconds! “:^)
I recommend moving to Arizona.
