Just curious: The children that have been born outside the U.S. because their American parents have been stationed overseas while serving in the military-—Are they American citizens?
Yes they are! When McCain was running the issue was brought up as McCain was born in Panama BUT on one of our bases.
American military bases and foreign embassy’s are and always have been considered American soil.
