I predict a Reagan like landslide win for Trump.

It won't be that good, California is lost. But he could win 40 states.

Basic civics lesson for ScottinVA:

The president is not elected by the popular vote. So your polls showing what would happen in a national popular vote election is wholesale ridiculousness and complete irrelevance on a grand scale.

The president is chosen through elections occurring in each state, and from that electors are chosen who select the president.

Newsflash: Trump is already ahead in purple states like Florida, North Carolina, etc. He’s doing just fine!

Yes, I know that, sport. It’s cute how you think you’re engaging in some kind of “teachable moment.”

Now back to reality.. Since 1992, democrat candidates have had a floor of 240+ EVs walking into Election Day before the first popular vote is tabulated. If you’re “thinking” that is going to be somehow mitigated because Trump is on the ballot, you’re smoking some interesting herbs. There is no current survey data that shows Trump is in a stronger position than either democrat to win in November.

To me the interesting question is why does Trump keep repeating that he is beating Hillary in the polls when he isn’t? Believe the polls or not. That has nothing to do with my point. Why is Trump every day repeating something that he must know is untrue?

So do you have another job lined up? I mean for after the primaries are over.

Face it. Once your candidate loses the election, there won't be anyone paying you to post your enlightened comments on the Internet any more. We might all get a break from your constant complaining!

“Why is Trump every day repeating something that he must know is untrue?”

Because he knows his followers will take anything he says as gospel truth.
