The real question is; Why the hell didn't the alleged "opposition party" do the same for the ineligible, unvetted enemy agent currently soiling the White House?
The US and world would have seen none of this economic malaise and terrorism, with virtually any other normal American patriot serving as President.
And as for “legitimate polls” showing Cruz being crushed... feel free to include a link. I’d like to see them... if they indeed exist.
We just had a poll in VA. Cruz came in 3rd. Apparently you missed it. We’re going to have more pols in OH & FL on Tuesday. Cruz is going to come in 3rd again. Cruz is non competitive with Dems in blue & swing states and has no path to 270 EV. Everybody but Cruz’s true believers can see it.
I’m not concerned with a primary that occurred weeks ago in which Trump again underperformed expectations.
Again.. I challenge you to show me data samples that show Cruz getting “crushed.” I’ve already reference the RCP data.

Some FReepers insist on believing government has the ability to decide an eligibility question that is based on Natural rights, but you can't negate original Constitutional intent by ignoring it.

So far, playing ball fairly against the left has only led to victories for the left. The referees (the MSM and the courts) are in on it.

The military and all others who still uphold the constitution do not have to follow unlawful orders and there would indeed be a coup. They are already prepared for that battle. BOTH sides and millions of civilians/vets.

When Cruz filed, I was one of a few FReepers who argued against his eligibility. Many on this forum, including Jim Robinson, argued in his favor. Ultimately, I acquiesced to Cruz’s eligibility simply because the electorate, in their zeal to elect a mulatto with a Muslim name - a magic negro - lowered the standard.
To this day, I say that even Angela Merkel could qualify for POTUS if she won the plurality of the popular vote. SCOTUS has indicated that they would not overturn a proper election for any reason.
This is a Constitutional crisis we never addressed for fear of being called “rayciss”.

The democrats not only WILL challenge Cruz, they will apply the dual citizen parent test in addition to place of birth test which Cruz claims is not required. This is clearly evidenced by the senate hearing conducted in 2008 which challenged McCain’s natural born status.
Regardless of whether we think McCain’s place of birth was legitimately considered US soil, the relevant aspect of the 2008 senate hearing is that the democrats APPLIED both sets of criteria to include BOTH PARENTS.

I’ve been paying VERY close attention to the Presidential eligibility issue since before the first Obama victory.
As for the Obama eligibility lawsuits, can you tell me which one of them was successful in getting a declaration or judgement of Presidential ineligibility?
You think that corrupt courts would rule Cruz ineligible just to please their Democrat masters? If it’s really that bad, this election is a fraud from the get-go.
The truth is that challenges to Cruz will meet precisely the same fate as challenges to Obama. And, Cruz has this fact on his side: He IS a natural born citizen of the US, despite his Canadian birthplace.
