I have no issue with thisIt's only to vote in the primary for the candidate, and only if they'll be eligible to vote in November. It isn't totally illogical.
I wonder how thrilled hillary is with this.

It is illogical. Legislatures make laws not judges. He has zero authority to do this.. The las saw 18.. Period.
