I saw plenty of that in real estate. The successful people walked tall, confident in themselves and their work, smiling as if everything was good. They would only associate with the winners (though they were kind to all), never talk negatively about sales or markets, always upbeat. It was a good arena for me, it made me come out of my shyness,gain confidence in myself. Interesting also as a study of people, so much can be learned from the body language.
All that you talked about I see in Trump. His message is always about greatness, even when he has to talk about what is wrong with the country, he never stays too long on the gloom and doom but concentrates on the greatness to be.

I know what you’re talking about. Believe me, there are people on the other side of that coin that are spectacularly negative and are successful.

I don’t think we are misjudging Trump. I go to other threads and the vitriol is staggering. The FR pundits are so sure they know exactly what Trump is going to do if elected, and it’s diametrically opposite what Trump is now saying.
