Just wanted to say great job with these threads each day. I’m at work so probably will only be able to catch tonight’s event.
Can’t believe CNN interviewed that POS who rushed the stage on Saturday. They are complicit in any more violence that may take place.
Worse than that, MSNBC had an interviewer of the U of I college student, EThos. She treated him, like he was Medger Evers, in the deep South.
The guy said about three weeks ago when they got wind that Trump was coming, they got 4000 signatures together to keep him off the campus. When they heard that the property was not owned by the school, there was no way then would the event be canceled.
He went on to say that they then teamed up with Moveon.org to “Shut down the rally from within.” He said, that the plan was to get as many of the “protesters” inside to storm the stage, and even more outside.
Here’s a taste of the interview:
REporter:”What you did took courage. Did you ever fear for your life?”
Ethos:”Yes. We didn’t now what to expect from the Trump people, but we were determined to not let him speak in our neighborhood.”
REporter:”Did you ever liken yourself to the civil rights protesters of the 60s?”
Ethos:”Not really, but we were very well organized.”
Not once did this dimwit reporter ask this college bumpkin, if he say anything wrong with violating another American’s 1st Amendment Right to speak. Not once.
