Oh, you never tried to fly? We used to jump off the roof of our garage. I wanted to use my mother’s umbrella as a parachute, but she said that would ruin it. But,there was no mention of a possible broken leg for me!
Never overcame my acrophobia. It is more than difficult to drive/ride on a mountain road. As a child, the family vacationed in Colorado one summer. Dad drove up the winding, narrow road to Pike’s Peak. Harrowing experience! Especially when a large truck was traveling the opposite direction. As one grows older the gyroscope becomes a little faulty which makes this phobia twice as bad. Do manage to fly with no fear but climbing more than 2 steps on a ladder would give second thoughts.
LOL at using your mom’s umbrella for a parachute. You weren’t playing Superman - you were Mary Poppins! :-))
