Newt is a good man. But is he physically up to the challenge?
He’s older and does bring some baggage.

I very much admire him. Brilliant man.

He and Trump are both 69.
I believe he is already advising him but don’t know if he would even consider an appointment. Maybe UN ambassador but thought of others for that post too

They have been friends for some time. DJT has a lot of friends and so does Newt ( including Kasich. They worked together on Contract with America. Notice how JK never mentions it. Is he afraid to blow his cover? )

Yesterday did some searching on the relationship between Trump/ Newt and Kasich
(Posted on new thread)
Seems from a couple of articles T and Newt are in talks that he might work in the WH as chief of staff
Then I found an article describing Kasick as the person who wrote the balance budget under Clinton and how Newt relied and praised him for that work
More aluded to how our establishment went after Kasich for upsetting the apple cart back then. He was a top Sargent in Newts contract with America
We may babe purposely been lead astray on Kasich. His votes seemed sometimes controlled and insignificant as bills we now see as bad were easily pushed through. As one of the young Turks he was hated by establishment.
