I’m getting the feeling that this was completely organized from the start...and the left wanted a BIG riot in Chicago...complete with their hack mayor not providing enough police presence. Trump’s instincts served him well when he called of off the rally - but the pre-written stories about the aftermath are still being published.

I agree...and did you noticed that Cruz, Rubio and Kasich all had the same blame it on Trump story right out of the gate...even before all the facts were known?

They were eager and implicit in wanting this to be a big bloody riot so they could go out and blame Trump and his supporters.

I suspect that the meetings Jeb had with them was to go over how to spin the talking points in the aftermath of this thoroughly prearranged ‘event’.

I certainly noticed that the chorus that blamed Trump included Cruz...which makes me regret voting for him.
