I was finishing Ann C’s `Adios America’ (2015) and noticed something. As usual at the end there is a thick section on Notes—cites backing up her assertions—and an Index, almost a quarter of the pages of the book. ‘But no mention of Donald Trump. A lot has happened over a short period of time.
“But no mention of Donald Trump.”
That’s not surprising. He hasn’t been a conservative for that long.
