Overall, living out in the sticks, where my nearest neighbor is far enough down the road that I can wander out on my back deck on a warm summer morning in my BVDs, coffee in hand, without scandalizing anything other that a few rabbits and my wife’s cats, has definite advantages. But there are a few minuses as well. Overall I’ll stick with the country life, and fork over a lot more money for some things my city cousins enjoy at a fraction of the cost.
