Myself and two other ASA O+ types gave blood very late at night for an airman who'd been in a motorcycle accident near Bangkok.

When that guy woke up he would have had a hangover. We three were told to not drink alcohol for 24 hours. Ha! Telling ASA guys to not drink?

20 foot from the Hospital gate was a Thai Bar. We had to replenish our alcohol system. I could actually feel that one liter of Beer Singha, which was unusual.

The last time I drank Singha, I blacked out and woke up underneath the aft Sea Sparrow Launcher on the USS Ranger. It was a great liberty, I wish I could remember it.
