The more I hear these leftists, the more determined I am to support Donald Trump!
You would think that these people would be concerned about illegal immigration crime, stopping ISIS, restoring our military, stopping the murder of the unborn, securing our borders, stopping IRS, EPA, BLM and other government agencies from persecuting Americans targeted by the Obama Administration, reforming tax law, implementing trade agreements that favor our country, protecting Christians from the tyranny of same sex marriage, and more...
But, instead, they are worried about having the light of truth shining on them so they cannot remain in darkness. The pleas of the people have been broadcast for thirty years or more, only to be ignored as they help themselves to the spoils.
Franks has a great “conservative voting record”. But have we not learned that the conventional wisdom about what constitutes conservatism is way off the mark.
Conservatism is not compatible with globalism (Cruz and most of GOPe and all Dems). Is is not big government. It is not Citizens United although most Pubs love it. It is not NAFTA nor TPP nor TAP nor Union of Americas nor a North American Union (Heidi Cruz). It is not Roe v.Wade, nor gay marriage.
True Conservatism wants to retain what is good and wants to make sure that change is a well thought out and compatible with the principles of the founding fathers.
Without detail of the above, there is not one candidate that is a true conservative. Trump is as close as any because he wants to step out of the destructive zeitgeist of the rest of the candidates and the ruling class support in varying degrees.
Trump is street. But he is the only chance to start moving toward a return to true conservatism.
