I share your concerns and thoughts.

I will too - if he is the nominee. But I will have to hold my nose again. What’s happening in 5779? Taxes, taxes, taxes. If the majority of the people on FR could see what I see, they would be very afraid.

For some reason all you want to be is snarky, patronizing and condiscending. I come here to discuss issues of the day with ADULTS that want to do the same.

When you post someone in reference to a their post it’s common courtesy to include their post so they know what you’re referring to.

It’s obvious you just want to be a childish smart a$$. So in light of that I’m now going to take Samuel Clemens advice concerning “arguing with a fool”.

Have a pleasant evening.

Then along comes a constitutional conservative.

Well there's your problem right there...

This place has become a cesspool.

Seems to me the cesspool started on Christmas Day, 2007....

Just sayin'... Find yourself a mirror.

Lots of snarky progressive infil-traitors have shown up here at FR over the last 8 years. Enough to change the tone. You just have to learn to winnow the kernels from the chaff.

No it most assuredly is NOT; Trump supporters don't swoon nor drool over Trump, nor do we claim that he is without fault, as Cruz supporters do with their chosen candidate.

And neither did Trumpers start the insult game, trashing of names, nor stalking others here. And the retaliation, replies in kind, took the majority of all last year for anyone to use.

Why did Trump supporters flee Ted? BECAUSE WE WEREN'T BLINDED BY THE CULT, SAW HIS FLAWS, HIS LIES, AND THE MORE WE KNEW THE ACTUAL FACTS ABOUT HIM, THE LESS WE FOUND TO LIKE. Nobody knew that he was born in Canada and was still a dual citizen, when he ran for the Senate seat. Nobody knew that he was lying through his teeth, when he claimed that he had liquidated ALL of his assets, to fund his senatorial campaign. Nobody could have guessed that he would do and say things and then LIE some more about TPA, the CORKER BILL, and so much more, back then.

Glenn Beck as his BFF, taking a pseudo presidential oath on a compass, Roe as his BIG dirty trickster? Well, we know about all of that now!

You are wrong. My take is Trump is another Romney to the base. Plus he irritates the left worse. It will generate a large base rat vote.

What is better to have in a GOP candidate, when it comes to irritating the left?

A Romeny who talks about the 47% who won't vote for him because they don't want to work, who puts his doggie on top of the car, and who talks about "binders full of women?"

Or a Trump who openly tells Megyn she's bleeding out of her whatever (to the point that she has to take an impromptu vacation, and comes back after a brief spell with her head nearly shorn), a Trump who even before being *nominated*, has multiple foreign heads of state reacting *to* him, a Trump who, even before being nominated, is the target of frenetic attacks by both lobes of the Uniparty?

The only possibility I can see, is that Trump learned all these theatrics at WWF or whatever it's called; but I see no particular gain to him in running for President: he doesn't need the money or fame (he's been a TV star); he's already bedded and married numerous hotties; and he's too d@mn OLD to consider "the rest of his career."

The simplest explanation therefore, is likely the true one: he loves America and is sick of Obama trashing it and the Uniparty donor class selling it out and feeding on it like vultures.

Yes, many of them have done just that. I suggest that you go look into the nearest shiny object to see one.
