Yeah, being a Constitutional scholar is now considered looney tunes...huh?

Apparently, but you can't really be a Constitutional scholar if you're completely ignorant and/or repulsed by the law underlying:

And I've never heard The Great One even hint towards an understanding and/or an awareness of Locke, not to mention Natural Law...

And you have listen to Mark, he quotes Locke all the time. Also many more. Truly a great scholar.
