Intentionally blocking traffic in order to engage in political theater should be a FELONY in ALL 50 STATES!!! This is NOT “peaceable” assembly and has NO First Amendment protection!!!!

It’s what the Brownshirts did. They prevented and/or broke up meetings of Hitler’s opponents to silence them. Sad to say, it worked and my work here.

Definitely. And President Trump should submit a bill to Congress that any state that doesn’t make such blockage a felony for any highway receiving Federal funds would be denied all future Federal funding.

No doubt.

There could be fire trucks or ambulances stuck, any manner of medical emergency, and a buttload of people requiring the toilet. Not to mention kids in the back seat.

In all seriousness, you are exactly right. Felony, nothing less. Prison for 90 days, not jail. Forfeiture of firearms ( as if they have them ) and voting for 10 years.

I suspect a few of these dirtbags will find themselves in orange suits on Sheriff Joe's highway trash cleanup detail.
