Trump should have been more like Cruz in his life and never created or lead a business where you run into this nuisance lawsuits from attorneys and plaintiffs looking for deep pockets. Ted was wise never to gain any executive experience. Sticking to government jobs was wise on Cruz’s part.
Take an interlocutory appeal on one of the motions rulings whether it’s a winner or not - there’s your delay if the judge won’t schedule things as needed.

Now it starts ! Many warned of this. As the Trumpkins are going to be tied up in knots all campaign long defending their hero unnecessatily because instead of keeping an open mind they closed it . This guy has a bunch of legal suits comming and should have never been a candidate. Whether guilty or not you don’t pick a candidate with this stuff hangimg over his head. Especially when the opposition has a candidate that should not only be impeached but in Leavenworth.
We had the same situation with Romney with his state healthcare plan falling apart he is suppose to campaign against a federal one ?
