Those who want to beat back Garland’s candidacy to SCOTUS would do well to question his work with Gorelick, especially whether he had anything whatsoever to do with the Wall of Separation. Even his failure to vigorously oppose his boss on this disqualifies him from any job making decisions with potential unseen effects. Like every SC decision... His role in the OKC Bombing trials is a dubious accomplishment too, since inconvenient facts about government malfunctions and/or complicity were covered up under his supervision. The Clinton’s rewarded this guy with a judicial appointment for a reason.
