Sounds to me like the fix is to stop giving them social services and prevent hiring them.
That is EXACTLY the fix, ENFORCE the e-verify laws, no government goodies and they will head home on their own!!!

I can say this, after Trump gets elected i’m looking to set up camp in Az, maybe just a good sized RV, because it might be good for me with 21 years of concrete work that i can contribute to building the wall, and getting a far better wage.
I barely may half my regular salary last year, its Obamas fault. If i made more i get penalized.
