Cruz is looking slimy and slimier.
Cruz is a documented liar. All the good he did isn’t worth a hill of beans now. Lyin’ Ted is not presidential material.
OK -so it wan't directly from Cruz, but from those supporting him - did Cruz slam it as unacceptable or did he decide to leverage the situation. The classy thing would have been to apologize to the Trumps and declaim the slime tactics - instead, he acts the coward by calling Trump a coward - sounds so Hillary-like.

I agree. Why didn’t Cruz condemn the ad? We all know he knew about it coming out and it hit just before voters had their caucus in Utah. Lyin Ted does it again.

After an initial anger over Cruz’s obvious willingness to do whatever it takes to win, I’ve decided that Cruz is just being Cruz. He can’t help himself from letting his desperation drive him to allow this type of stuff (and worse) to be done by those around him, as long as he perceives that it will promote his quest for power.
Now, I’m more disappointed in Trump for taking their bait. It was clearly bait designed to trigger his Twitter finger to act impulsively. Instead, he could have come across very Presidential by making a 30-sec clip of Cruz’s desperate behavior, waited until a slow news cycle, then post it to Instagram and watch as the media give him more free publicity. Like he did with the recent Hillary barking clip.

Cruz is nothing but good old GOPe. He is more of the same old thing. JEB! and Neil are unsurprisingly onboard Team Cruz. He is a 20 year Bushy. He is such a Bushy that he married a fellow Bushy. I suspect that if he ever actually accomplishes something it will be along the lines of any other “conservative” Bush.
You know, of course, that it is illegal for Cruz to have any coordination with a PAC... he can condemn the ad and ask for its removal, but that is all that I know of.
If the powers behind this divisive vicious Cruz vs Trump vs Cruz campaign succeed, the conservative movement in this country is finished. I cannot participate in these divisive attacks.
