Donald Trump's son, Eric, blasted Sen. Ted Cruz on Wednesday over an ad released by an anti-Trump PAC that takes aim at Trump's third wife.
The ad of a scantily clad Melania Trump was circulated in Utah by Make America Awesome PAC, which is not affiliated with the Cruz campaign. But that didn't stop Trump from linking Cruz to the ad on Twitter Tuesday night and threatening to "spill the beans" on the Texas senator's wife, Heidi.
"I noticed this morning ... Ted Cruz is saying things about Melania, and your father fired back," Fox News' Ainsley Earhardt told Eric Trump during an interview Wednesday morning.
Trump responded with the suggestion that Cruz's "super PAC is him" and continued to blast his father's opponent.
"I think it's disgusting to tell you the truth," he told the trio of "Fox & Friends" hosts. "Just to be completely honest, here's a man who praises — he's always talking about morality, I'm going to take the high road, and yet he does that."
"I mean, that's the sick part of politics," Trump said, adding that his stepmother is "an amazing woman."
He continued, "She's solid as a rock. She's an amazing mother. It's sick that [Cruz] did that."

I never said trump has to denounce anything he didn’t actually say himself. So try again.
Then why hasn’t Cruz come out and disavowed the ad in no uncertain terms?

Good link. I thought that was the area. It is seedy, lots of fast traffic, and a locus for down and outers. She would have stuck out like a sore thumb among the usual mojados, grifters and bag ladies. Even they don’t frequent the place as much as some other areas, because the traffic is so fast there.

You have asked this repeatedly and have been given the answer multiple times. And yet, you choose either by ignorance or blind faith to ignore it. Once again, no mention in the ad about Kasich. In fact, the ad said to vote for Cruz. With me so far? So, even if Ted has no say about the ad's content, he could have publicly made a statement saying that it went too far and that he condemns it. He hasn't done that. Instead, he proudly brags about picking up the Jeb! endorsement.
You need to take a breath and think about your own life. If someone had put out ads like these and said Vote for Durbin would you have said “Great, I will get Votes for these and I have Plausible Deniability, or would you have said, this is a place campaigns should not go and I do not condone these.
Think about the fact that you would have still gotten the benefit of the ads even if you disavowed them but you could also have claimed the high ground. Now we can see that Ted is not only willing to use deplorable actions for gain but also that he is such a poor chess player that he can’t even position himself properly to best advantage. The same was true in Iowa; he glories in what better men would be ashamed of.
No, but once Trump raised concerns Cruz had a choice. He chose poorly.

Trump has got to run some adds underscoring the Cruzlim Botterhood kookery that has been a consistent theme since Iowa. Oily Felito is a creepy weirdo. That needs to be branded right into his melting face.
Again...if he accepts the votes and does not denounce the tactic, he gets the associated stink. It does not speak well of his character, and raises a disturbing question about what he’s willing to do for power.
With Cruz’s unwillingness to denounce this ad, which was done in his name (because it promoted him), he truly is an awful person.
No wonder why his own daughter wants to avoid him.

Me too! I turn the tv when Cruz is on. I can’t stand to listen to him anymore. My 20-year old daughter said he sounds phony. Cruz is a disgrace.
Yeah Durbin’s a riot with his robo posts! I hope he’s working for Cruz’ campaign because if not he’s missing a hell of an opportunity, lol!
I have no idea if Cruz coordinated with this or not, but he can’t just let people running this stuff in his name pull this type of stunt and just then pretend like he doesn’t know “nuffin”.
Either he whacks these people now, or Trump will wrap it around his neck.
