Donald Trump's son, Eric, blasted Sen. Ted Cruz on Wednesday over an ad released by an anti-Trump PAC that takes aim at Trump's third wife.
The ad of a scantily clad Melania Trump was circulated in Utah by Make America Awesome PAC, which is not affiliated with the Cruz campaign. But that didn't stop Trump from linking Cruz to the ad on Twitter Tuesday night and threatening to "spill the beans" on the Texas senator's wife, Heidi.
"I noticed this morning ... Ted Cruz is saying things about Melania, and your father fired back," Fox News' Ainsley Earhardt told Eric Trump during an interview Wednesday morning.
Trump responded with the suggestion that Cruz's "super PAC is him" and continued to blast his father's opponent.
"I think it's disgusting to tell you the truth," he told the trio of "Fox & Friends" hosts. "Just to be completely honest, here's a man who praises — he's always talking about morality, I'm going to take the high road, and yet he does that."
"I mean, that's the sick part of politics," Trump said, adding that his stepmother is "an amazing woman."
He continued, "She's solid as a rock. She's an amazing mother. It's sick that [Cruz] did that."

And give me a break. Melania’s pictures weren’t exactly private, they were proudly broadcast to the world.
I saw the ad. It doesn’t shame. It says “Meet Melania Trump, your next First Lady”.

BTW, Cruz didn’t do the ad. It could have been Trump people doing it. Donald is getting a lot of traction over a nothing burger.

I really like the Trump kids. They do not come across as spoiled whatsoever. Very polite and you can tell they had a good upbringing.

Trump is moving forward, winning states and Cruz, who can’t compete with him, and Kasich, who is the most anemic candidate running, continue to fall behind in delegates.
Trump will either reach the required number of delegates or get so close to it, that if the convention attenpts to screw him, he will walk and take at least 40-50% of Republican voters with him.
And compared to the ineptness and stupidity of Romney and the clueslessness of Bush III, Trump is class enough to get elected and blow up the special privilege club in Washginton DC which has been ignoring Republican voters for the past 7 years while they collaborated with Obama on EVERYTHING.

Wait till he tries that on Putin! And yes I have seen the ad and I don’t care about the life choices she makes. I will say this. That is the slime of it and why it should have been renounced by Cruz. If he prefers to have this campaign decided at the level of personal history and past actions of spouses, that's fine. I am sure Melania and Trump are both proud of the picture. It's Ted's unseemly use of it, which in itself infers there is something immoral about it, that is "classless" as Messiah Ted would say.
That isn’t what happened at all. Trump turned and faced his attacker head on.
Cruz would never have done that.
