Here’s an exercise: let’s say a PAC put out an ad personally attacking Heidi in a sleazy way, with the recommendation to vote Trump to stop her husband. Trump wasn’t involved, so he doesn’t say a word against it. Would that be okay with Cruz’s supporters? Would they say, “It had nothing to do with Trump”? I find that impossible to believe. They’d be saying what a terrible pig Trump was and that he would never get their vote, should withdraw from the race, etc. Instead, like the “small hands” thing that Trump didn’t start, he is now being blamed for the sleazy tactic used against him.

That is so true!
I don’t hold people responsible or expect apologies they don’t owe for what someone else does. Trump supporters are highly unlikely to expect him to apologize for something he didn’t say; they should expect the same from Cruz or any other candidate.
After a comment like that there is no soul on Earth that can convince me Romney hasn’t been heavily drinking.
Give me a break. If Cruz had several foreign born wives, it wouldn’t be a Trump supporting PAC attacking him for it, it would be Gutter Trump himself doing the attacking. And you know it -you would be repeating it yourself in posts, too.
