1) There is a difference between a contested and brokered convention.
2) Front runner does NOT mean winner. Trump chose to play by the party’s rules in terms of how delegates work. If Trump wants to be the nominee, then he should win the nomination. Period. If it goes to a contested convention he has no more right to the nomination than Kasich or Cruz. That’s what happens when you don’t win.
All of this is of course irrelevant to the discussion of Trump’s unwarranted, cowardly, and childish attacks on Cruz’s wife.

You’re kidding right? Cruz didn’t own the attack ad and had nothing to do with it. There is zero proof of this, even if Lyin’ Donald claims it to be true. I for one don’t blame Cruz for not disavowing something he never avowed in the first place. Trump attacked his wife without provocation. What man would ignore that and instead defend the attacker?
