Unfortunately if you vote third party you will throw your vote away, as a third party candidate has zero chances to get elected and I am sure you would not want that.

My only choices in 2016:Trump(I voted for Cruz,but now have serious doubts about him), third party, or not at all. I’ve voted third party in the past, but doubt I’ll do so this time. I don’t believe a third party vote, if based on principle, is a wasted vote. However, Obama has been such a disaster for the country, I can’t stand the idea of Hillary getting the opportunity of delivering the coup de grace to the US. So, I may just have to hold my nose and vote for which one of the two would do the least amount of damage-Trump. Or just give in to my “so what” urges and sit the election out. In short, I’m undecided at this point.
