In just the last few weeks, his alter ego, Glenn Beck, has repeatedly called Trump “Hitler” or a “Nazi” and his supporters “brownshirts”.

Is Trump supporter Alex Jones Trump's alter ego? Is Trump responsible for everything Alex Jones says?

Cruz himself has blamed the leftist organized and instigated riots in Chicago on Trump...

Did he?

"This is a sad day. Political discourse should occur in this country without a threat of violence. Without anger and rage and hatred directed at each other. We need to learn to have disagreements without being disagreeable. To have disagreements while respecting human beings on the other side. Earlier today over thirty people were arrested at one rally and then tonight as violence broke out the rally was cancelled altogether. Now the responsibility for that lies with protestors who took violence into their own hands."

...and just the other day he implied that Trump’s position on NATO contributed to the ISIS attack on Brussels.

Did he?

"Donald Trump is wrong that America should withdraw from the world and abandon our allies. Donald Trump is wrong that American should retreat from Europe, retreat from NATO, hand Putin a major victory and while he's at it hand ISIS a major victory."

Then there is the pro-Cruz Super PAC that ran the ad featuring Trump’s wife.

It's illegal for Cruz to direct a PAC. In fact I or anyone else could have created and run the advert. BTW, there are thousands of similar "ads" running on FR and Facebook. Every time someone posts a picture of Cruz or Trump (or whoever) and superimposes some words on it and distributes is doing the same thing. Do you really think candidates need to be confronted with every thing one of the supporters does and demand them to disavow it?

Nice try, but not even close.

Cruz on Brussels

“Well, I will say, it is striking that the day after Donald Trump called for America weakening NATO withdrawing from NATO we see Brussels, where NATO is headquartered, the subject of a radical Islamist terrorist attack.”

Cruz on Chicago riot:

“I think a campaign bears responsibility for creating an environment, when the candidate urges supporters to engage in physical violence–to punch people in the face. The predictable consequence of that is that it escalates and today is unlikely to be the last such instance,” Cruz said in a sorrowful tone.

I don’t see Trump campaigning side by side with Alex Jones, and as far as I know, Trump has never heralded Jones’ endorsement, or even if Jones has endorsed Trump at all.

As for the ad, this is not the first time someone associated with Cruz has attacked Trump’s wife. None other than Glenn Beck, way back in August, posted this on his Facebook page: “... the First Lady would be the first to have posed nude in lesbian porno shots...”

“Is Trump supporter Alex Jones Trump’s alter ego? Is Trump responsible for everything Alex Jones says?”

Exactly how many times has Trump had Jones on stage with him?

“Cruz himself has blamed the leftist organized and instigated riots in Chicago on Trump...
Did he?” Yes, he did.
Senator Ted Cruz of Texas said on Friday that Donald J. Trump bore responsibility for “creating an environment” that encourages violence at his events.
Speaking to reporters at a local Republican dinner outside Chicago, where Mr. Trump had just canceled a rally amid fierce confrontations between his supporters and protesters, Mr. Cruz began by saying that the “protesters who took violence into their own hands” were responsible for the episode.
“But in any campaign, responsibility starts at the top,” Mr. Cruz continued. “And when you have a campaign that disrespects the voters, when you have a campaign that affirmatively encourages violence, when you have a campaign that is facing allegations of physical violence against members of the press, you create an environment that only encourages this sort of nasty discourse.”

“and just the other day he implied that Trump’s position on NATO contributed to the ISIS attack on Brussels.
Did he?”
No, But Lying Ted did lie about what Trump actually said. Trump said that NATO countries should pay more for their own defense. He did not say we should flat out withdraw. I agree with Trump .

“Then there is the pro-Cruz Super PAC that ran the ad featuring Trump’s wife.”
This article was written 4 months ago and outlines some of the ways to get around all that. I am sure a brilliant professional politician lawyer like Cruz has come up with more ways since the article was written in November.
