75% agree. However, if you pick and choose, there are points like genealogical research, which NOLA has for LA, plus the zoo, and French Quarter (morning only). You are right though, after 6 PM, there are places in NOLA that I would get a mile within.

Yes, it’s true. A city with a majority black City Council, that’s been run by black mayors for roughly thirty of the last forty years, where the police superintendent and sheriff are both black and there’s substantial black representation on the city/parish judicial benches, has decided that racism and white supremacy are among its most important problems right now.
