The National Enquirer on Friday reported that Ted Cruz has had multiple trysts with women who aren't the one he described as "the love of my life," wife Heidi Cruz.
"It is garbage, complete & utter lies. It is a tabloid smear and it has come from Donald Trump and his henchmen," the Texas senator told reporters on Friday

I seriously doubt Cruz supporters will be honest enough to condemn Cruz if he were found to have had an affair. They’ll just find another reason to hate Trump. It’s called hypocrisy.

The excerpt posted above is misleading, as it takes her statement out of context. She denied it emphatically. Complete quote:

So then why hasn't Trump sued Cruz for all the so-called "lying" that he accuses Cruz of doing? Where's the suit for Cruz's illegal contact with the PAC that funded the Mariana ad? Where's the suit because supposedly Cruz is not eligible? Where's the suit because Cruz supposedly "stole" the election in Iowa?

You can’t file lawsuits on Twitter. Some things take time. Find the right jurisdiction, determine presidence etc... If you want to win, you start out prepared.
